4. Prices and Payments

4.1 Can we still negotiate on the prices found in your website?

Yes, prices on our website are negotiable. Just type in your offer amount and press Send Offer. A counter offer will be sent to your email shortly.


4.2 Are delivery charges negotiable?

No, delivery charges are fixed and are non negotiable but delivery services are only recommended and not compulsory.


4.3 Do you allow paying in installments?

No, we require payment of 100% as the units will not leave our yard until they are fully paid for.


4.4 Where and how do I make my payment?

Otherwise, you may send the hard copy to our Accounts Department in Florida with tel. no. (954) 921-9550. Please include sending both the consignee details and C&F Agent details.


Note: Please include your customer ID number on any transfers made to AutoTerminal the Americas so we can immediately identify your payment, therefore avoiding units being cancelled from account and delays in releasing documents.
